Yes. We can arrange for the design of the cap to be done for you. Since there is so much printable area, we wouldn't be doing you justice by just adding your logo. So we've shown on the pricelist the cost with design included. Should you need something more advanced, like adding a photograph, retouching or a design based on a specific campaign guidelines, we will double the design cost.

The Cool Cut Cap is printed on a 5 colour press. Prices for 4 colours (cmyk) plus a spot are on the price page. If you have a special request ie 2 or 3 special colours, please email us for a quote.

Since the printing setup cost is quite high, the minimum run is 1000 caps.

The cap is delivered flat. This makes it easy for distribution. But the cap is so easy to make up, with 8 simple folds which makes it fun too.

The stock used for the quotation is Sappi's 200 gsm Dukuza Triple Green Gloss.
We haven't specified recycled to the printer... but we can if you require. It might influence the quote.

Triple Green Gloss is "green" paper:

• The primary source of pulp used in the production of paper products at Sappi Stanger Mill is sugar cane fiber, sourced from local suppliers;
• The bleaching process is elemental chlorine-free;
• The wood fiber used in the production process is obtained from sustainable and internationally certified afforestation, using independently audited chains of custody for incoming fiber

Depending on the quantity of the order, and the time it takes to get the design approved, we estimate 3 weeks to be safe. The turn-around time can be done quicker if the design is quick to get approved (or supplied) and the order isn't too large. The printer needs time to print, laminate and die-cut - hence the longer time to deliver.
